The system is capable of supplying electricity to most of the cottage during an outage, including the refrigerator, washer, dryer, water heater, lighting, and other household circuits. It is not intended to operate the room unit air-conditioning systems. The generator is included with the sale, providing a practical source of backup power during severe weather or utility interruptions.
Generator capacity and operation should be confirmed by the buyer. Personal fuel containers may be removed before closing unless otherwise agreed.
